HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE AN ORDER?
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESERVING YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF CHAIRS UNTIL THE CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT ARE RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED ACCORDING TO OUR POLICY OUTLINED.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN ORDER?
A SIGNED CONTRACT AND DATE-HOLD DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE BALANCE (NON-REFUNDABLE) IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR ORDER. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF CHAIRS UNTIL THE CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT ARE RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED ACCORDING TO OUR POLICY OUTLINED. DATE HOLD DEPOSITS AND BALANCES MAY BE MADE BY CASH, MAJOR CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER AND PAYPAL.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
A SIGNED CONTRACT AND DATE-HOLD DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE BALANCE (NON-REFUNDABLE) IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR ORDER. THE BALANCE OF YOUR RENTAL FEE IS DUE THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. DATE HOLD DEPOSITS AND BALANCES MAY BE MADE BY CASH, MAJOR CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER AND PAYPAL; HOWEVER THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS CASH ONLY. A CREDIT CARD MUST BE PLACED ON FILE BEFORE DELIVERY. A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?
STANDARD DELIVERY TIME IS MONDAY – SATURDAY FROM 8:00AM – 11:59PM. IF DELIVERY OR PICK-UP IS REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME OR ON SUNDAYS, AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
DOES YOUR DELIVERY FEE INCLUDE SET UP?
DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE SETUP, IF SETUP IS REQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $1.00 PER CHAIR WILL BE CHARGED. PLEASE NOTE WE AIM TO ARRIVE ON TIME TO YOUR EVENT. IF YOUR DELIVERY TIME IS TIME SENSITIVE, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO CHOOSE THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE DELIVERY TIME OR DATE.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DAMAGE OR LOSE A CHAIR
WHEN IT IS IN OUR POSSESSION?
IF CHAIRS ARE DAMAGED BEYOND THE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, AS DETERMINED IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, THE AMOUNT TO PAY FOR REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS OF THE CHAIR WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR A BALANCE, IF NECESSARY. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MISSING CHAIRS AT 5% OF THE RETAIL VALUE EVERY DAY THAT YOU ARE LATE UP TO 200% OF THE RETAIL VALUE AND YOU FORFEIT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL ANY PART OF YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE MAY RELEASE YOUR RESERVED ITEMS. A CREDIT (LESS YOUR NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) WILL BE PROVIDED IF YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 30-DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT. ANY CANCELLATIONS OR UNPAID BALANCES AFTER 30-DAYS WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT OF ALL YOUR MONEY COLLECTED; AS YOUR AGREEMENT TO RENT CHAIRS ON THIS DATE MAY HAVE CAUSED A LOSS OF ADDITIONAL BOOKINGS OR BUSINESS.
